Fine Art Documentation

As a maker of objects, and a lover of antiques, I understand how consequential it is to get thorough documentation of one’s wares before markets, online sales, and other applications. Similarly, I understand how vital it is for artists to have comprehensive records of the work they’ve produced over the course of their career.

I'm here to help fast-track the documentation process. Whether it is getting images of one’s latest pieces for show applications, assisting with documentation for publication, generating a suite of images for an online store, or creating an archive, I am eager to assist other artists with the photography process.

INVESTMENT

Investment starts at $100 per hour, with a one hour minimum for services.

There are three product photography packages that I offer.

Tier 1 - $150

Tier 2 - $35o

Tier 3 - $700

For needs exceeding Tier 3, please look into my Archive services.

For all services, I require a consultation in order to determine the needs of my clients. Depending on the type of work I am documenting, I will provide a shot list that I request clients fill out prior to our session.

TIER 1

Tier 1 is the most affordable option for folks who need a very quick turnaround on minimal or specific work. Tier 1 covers thirty minutes of documenting and editing. The turn around time for Tier 1 is less than 48 hours.

Documentation is generally shared via email, or can be given to clients on a USB drive.

TIER 2

This option is for clients who require around two hours of documentation. Price includes editing time. The turn around time for Tier 2 is typically 3-5 days, depending on the season.

Documentation is generally shared via email, or can be given to clients on a USB drive.

TIER 3

This option is for clients who require four hours of documentation or more. Price includes editing time. The turn around time for Tier 3 is typically a week, depending on the season.

For this volume of documentation, a USB or an SSD is heavily encouraged.

Additional Charges that may apply:

I charge a $25 travel fee for all clients I need to commute more than an hour for.

Clients can provide a USB of SSD for me to export their items on, or can opt to pay $15 for a new USB.

If clients need a very fast turn around due to any array of circumstances, we can discuss its feasibility based on the volume of work and work out an appropriate rate.
